NCRO was founded on the fundamental principle of selfless voluntary service. We invite young Afghan graduates, community leaders, and civic volunteers to lend their time and compassion to emergency disaster mobilizations.
Volunteers receive certified training in PSEA, Child Safeguarding, first aid, emergency distribution protocols, and official letters of commendation upon completion of service.
