NCRO's MEAL department operates independently from project implementation units to ensure impartiality, rigor, and transparent reporting. Every humanitarian project undergoes baseline assessments, continuous third-party field monitoring, post-distribution monitoring (PDM), and final external evaluations.
Lessons learned from each intervention are systematically reviewed by the senior management and Board of Directors, ensuring continuous institutional improvement and strict adherence to the Core Humanitarian Standard (CHS).
