Resilience-Building Programmes — Nuristan Province
Project Scope: Agricultural livelihood support to safeguard food security and improve the local food production of the most vulnerable rural families classified under IPC Phase 4 (Emergency Food Insecurity) in Nuristan province.
- Districts Covered: Paroun, Wama, Waygal, and Kamdish
- Key Activities: Distribution of poultry packages, certified high-altitude vegetable seeds, livestock nutrition feed, and establishing kitchen gardens for female households
- Goal: Reducing acute hunger and creating independent household food and income security in remote mountain gorges

NGOs / CSO Support Grants — Herat Province
Project Scope: Capacity building, institutional technical assistance, and localized grant allocation to support Afghan civil society organizations and community recovery mechanisms in western Afghanistan.
- Districts Covered: Herat City & Environs
- Key Activities: Community-based enterprise coaching, social protection coordination, and local institutional development
- Goal: Preserving social capital, civil society resilience, and localized livelihood recovery amidst economic crisis
