New Consultancy and Relief Organization (NCRO) is a national non-governmental organization established in 1993. For more than three decades, NCRO has been working alongside communities across Afghanistan to improve livelihoods, strengthen resilience, and deliver sustainable humanitarian and development programs through community-driven approaches.
